Introduction to human-centred design workshop

The Introduction to human-centred design workshop is a free, in-person, one day workshop for Queensland Government employees, delivered by Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group.

The workshop is designed for beginners or people looking to refresh their skills and there are no pre-requisites for attending.

You’ll learn about the principles and practices of human-centred design and how they can be applied to government projects, and the different phases and tools used in the design process, such as conducting user research, creating personas, and building and testing prototypes. You’ll have the opportunity to put your learnings into practice and work in small groups to complete a mini design sprint.

Workshops are delivered monthly at a Brisbane CBD location.

You can attend the workshop as an individual, or if you have a group of people and access to a venue at your workplace, we can come to you and deliver a workshop for your team.

To register your interest in attending a workshop, please go to the event page on Humanitix.
