Introduction to Customer 1st eLearning

Understand Queensland Government customer experience (CX) concepts and tools.

This course will take 20–25 minutes to complete.

You'll learn how to:

  • define the customer experience
  • deliver a better customer experience
  • describe the tools we need to improve our customers' experience.
