3. Agency Office Accommodation Plan

3.1 Process for developing an Agency Office Accommodation Plan (AOAP)

The process of developing an AOAP involves:

  • accommodation-needs analysis
  • assessment of existing office accommodation
  • identifying opportunities, timeframes and optimum outcomes
  • producing the AOAP.
