Recognition of Previous Employment (Interim) (Directive 03/98)
Summary
To amend Governor in Council Determination No. 4 “Recognition of Previous Employment” by substituting the recognition of previous service with units of the public sector as defined under the Public Sector Management Commission Act 1990 with the recognition of previous service with government entities as defined under the Public Service Act 1996.
