First independent review of the Human Rights Act 2019

The first independent review of the Human Rights Act 2019 has commenced.

The Attorney-General, Minister for Justice and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence has appointed Professor Susan Harris Rimmer from Griffith University to conduct an independent review of the Act. You can find out more about the review on the Department of Justice and Attorney-General’s website.
