Led by Liz Skelton, this masterclass increases awareness and understanding of the collaborative practice, skills, approaches and mindsets required to navigate complex collaborations for systemic change. Join us to explore the following four questions:

• Why do we need to collaborate, and what have we learned about collaboration for systemic change?
• What do we need to understand about collaboration for systemic change?
• What conditions are required for collaboration?
• How do we develop collaborative practice?

This masterclass will give you greater understanding of the practice and approaches required to: understand your collaborative challenge; create conditions required to identify shared goals; build conditions to cultivating strategic partnerships; incorporate diverse perspectives.
