First independent review of the Human Rights Act 2019

The first independent review of the Human Rights Act 2019 has commenced.

The Attorney-General, Minister for Justice and Minister for the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence has appointed Professor Susan Harris Rimmer from Griffith University to conduct an independent review of the Act.
