Spark customer experience community

Spark is about bringing the Queensland Government CX community closer together. It's an opportunity to learn from one another and to reduce duplication.

We aim to increase collaboration, break down silos, and spark thinking of new ways to solve old problems.

We want innovative, disruptive thinkers who want to learn new ways to do things.

Come along and hear about CX activities happening across government and learn and leverage from others so you don't have to reinvent the wheel. All the topics discussed relate to the customer or end user and explain how using CX methodology has or is expected to improve customer experience.
