AI safety in Queensland Government
While our virtual assistant is smart, it's not perfect. The conversations you have with QChat should be the starting point for further exploration and not the final word.
You can share most information with QChat, but don’t upload anything classified as PROTECTED or higher.
You are not to upload any Queensland Government information on ChatGPT or any other AI assistants.

Safety tips
Data privacy and sharing of personal information

Quality and accuracy
QChat’s responses can be outdated, incorrect or bias. You will need to check the responses before using them.

Context sensitivity
QChat might not fully interpret context, emotion or the subtle nuances in the same way we do. This could result in responses that are not appropriate for the situation. Ensure you review the responses before using them.
User feedback and ongoing improvements
If the response you get from QChat is incorrect, you can provide feedback by selecting the thumbs up or down icons in the chat response. We use this information to improve the usability and safety of the platform.
