Guidelines: Ethical Supplier Mandate
Summary
From 1 February 2024, the Ethical Supplier Mandate (the Mandate) applies to the procurement categories of General Goods and Services, Information and Communication Technology, Medical, Social Services and all future procurement categories under the Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP). This guidance is provided to assist in the application of the Ethical Supplier Mandate (the Mandate), approved by Executive Government for all agencies subject to the Queensland Procurement Policy 2023.
