Declaration of Interests - Chief Executives (Directive 01/15)
Summary
This directive made under the Public Service Act 2008 continues to apply unless it is repealed or replaced under the Public Sector Act 2022. It only applies to public sector entities that it applied to prior to 1 March 2023.
Provides for matters which must be disclosed by Chief Executives of government departments including public service offices, how those matters must be disclosed and specifies requirements for the storage of and access to declarations.
